The hotel is located excellently, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and a short 10-minute stroll to bars and restaurants. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, although slightly packed with furniture. The service is top-notch, offering car hire and a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival. The dining experience is delightful with delicious options, but can get a bit repetitive with breakfast choices for longer stays. The spotless location of Puerto Rico offers a beautiful sun terrace for relaxation.

The hotel is just lovely, with very clean rooms and friendly staff. It's a perfect choice in Gran Canaria with its proximity to the beach and shops. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant stay.
